Iced Pumpkin






                                                                        Cookies

                                                                        With so many recipes featuring pumpkin this
                                                                        time of year, it is hard to know which ones
                                                                        are worth pulling out the Kitchen-Aid for. I
                                                                        found this recipe on Pinterest several years
                                                                        ago, and trust me when I say this one is a
                                                                        crowd pleaser that will stand out among all
                                                                        the tired variations of pumpkin bread at any
                                                                        holiday gathering.


                                                                        Ingredients:

                                                                        • 2 cups butter
                                                                        • 2 cups sugar

       west of Abo Elementary. Abo was closed due to increasing maintenance

       interesting chapter to Abo’s underground as well. Artesia’s pilot school

                                                                        Preheat oven to 350 degrees • In a large bowl,
                                                                        beat the butter • Add in the sugar, baking
                                                                        powder, baking soda, salt and spices • Mix
                                                                        the dry ingredients then add the eggs, vanilla
                                                                        and pumpkin • Gradually beat in the flour until
                                                                        combined • Drop dough onto cookie sheet
                                                                        and bake 10-12 minutes
